When there are so many questions being asked around the passing of a loved one, a question often asked is "do I need this service?". When I first started I didn't realize how vital this service could be for families. The first benefit that everyone recognizes is the ability to include those who are unable to attend the day of the event, which can be so helpful to family and friends unable to attend in person.

One of the most meaningful, unexpected benefits has been how it helps with grieving. In the moment, the weight of loss can make it hard to take in what’s happening — the words, the love, the support. With our setup, families can revisit the live-streamed service later, when they have the space to truly absorb it. Many have found comfort in hearing those heartfelt messages again, in their own time, and in their own quiet.
